Volume overload, eg in Renal artery stenosis

Pulmonary vein obstruction

Decreased oncotic pressure (less common) / Hypoalbuminaemia

Nephrotic syndrome

Hepatic failure / cirrhosis

Protein losing enteropathy

Lymphatic obstruction (rare)
